Absolute Ability is a type of Artifact in the Rogue Legends DLC for Bloons TD 6. It reduces the cooldown time of Activated Abilities and higher rarity versions of this Artifact reduce it even further. Due a change introduced in version 52.1, the attack speed penalty stated in the description is removed, but it is currently unknown if it is a but or intended behavior. Book Wyrm Etienne starts with the Legendary variant of this Artifact.
Strategy
This ability has synergy with Ability Stacking as its cooldown penalty is lower than the benefit of this Artifact, resulting in a net increase, allowing to stack the ability charges faster. The attack cooldown penalty can be compensated by another Artifact with an attack speed bonus or by using a Quickening boost. It is also important to note that ability cooldowns are capped to being 70% faster than normal.
