Bloon Impact is the Bomb Shooter's path 1 tier 4 upgrade in Bloons Monkey City. It allows its bombs (including cluster bombs) to pop all bloon types and stun bloons for 0.5 seconds. On the mobile version of Bloons Monkey City, the main bomb has a 2 second stun time instead.
