Starting Strong is a type of Artifact in the Rogue Legends DLC for Bloons TD 6. It reduces the attack cooldown of Monkeys during the first 20 seconds of each round. Higher rarities reduces the attack cooldown further, with the Common having a 11% bonus, Rare 15% and Legendary 30%, resulting in an attack speed increase of 12%, 18% and 43%, respectively.
