Higher rarity versions of this Artifact give larger bonuses and is equivalent to one stack of its [[Military Quickening|Boost version]] across all rarities (with an extra 1% attack / ability cooldown bonus for the Common version, and +1% / −3% bonus for projectile speed in the Rare and Legendary variants, respectively).
