The Lead Coating Factory is a Support Monkey card in Bloons Card Storm, introduced in version 4.0. Instead of being able to attack, each time the player plays a Bloon, it consumes 1 ammo to increase that Bloon's Armor by 10. When it runs out of ammo, it automatically removes itself at the end of the owner's turn.
