Cold Steel is a type of Artifact in the Rogue Legends DLC for Bloons TD 6. It gives Military Monkeys a fixed chance to freeze non-MOAB-Class Bloons they damage.

This Artifact works pretty well with most military towers as they can spread it to multiple Bloons at the same time using a combination of of pierce, attack speed or amount of projectiles, but as the chances are not very high, this freeze effect should not be relied on as a stalling strategy. Support Monkeys with Crystal Crash can be used to increase the damage dealt to frozen Bloons but in general the utility of this Artifact decays as the games and the campaign progresses as it cannot affect MOAB-Class Bloons.
