Orders Received is a stronger Quick Reload for one extra Gold, but is limited to Military Monkeys and Bomb Shooters in Striker Jones decks. Use on low-ammo, long-reload targets like Crippling Sniper, Bouncing Bullet, or Missile Launcher to output very high damage versus an opponent's rushes.
MOAB Eliminator especially synergizes with this card in the late-game, allowing it to destroy multiple blimps in one turn. At max Gold, a placed MOAB Eliminator can be paired with Order's Received in one turn.
This card more efficient when used on Monkeys that have spent all their Ammo to get the extra Ammo from reloading.
Besides Shell Shock Mortar, this card is less effective on Mortars than other targets; due to their attacks always happening at the end of the turn; they usually have full Ammo whenever the player is able to play this card.
All applicable On Reload effects synergize well with Orders Received.
With Striker Jones's Ammo Stores, Orders Received can be used to add even more Temporary Ammo, which can really assist against Dreadbloon battles or against tough situations in general.
Like Quick Reload, Orders Received can be used on Cash Drop Sniper to partially offset the Gold cost alongside dealing extra damage, though this tactic is only really impactful in the early-game.
Orders Received is recommended in Boss Battles for decks the centralize on Monkeys. It pairs well on applicable Monkeys that work well with Berserker Brew synergies. Additionally, it can be used in a pinch during Stage 1 Dreadbloon for Armor Piercing Monkeys to counter a highly armored Rock Bloon.
Missile Launcher + Berserker Brew + two Orders Received costs 19 Gold, while Missile Launcher + three Orders Received costs 17 Gold.
Two Berserker Brews + two Orders Received costs 20 Gold, and this combo can be used if an applicable Monkey is about to reload next turn.
Orders Received costs 1 Gold less starting in Version 6.4 to make the card more viable in any Striker deck and less of a commitment compared to board clears that Striker would use instead.[1] Although not stated in the commentary, the Gold cost decrease is enough to open up more combos with Orders Received, letting combos such as Missile Launcher + Berserker Brew + two Orders Received (19 Gold) become now affordable, specifically for Dreadbloon battles, as well as opening up MOAB Eliminator + Order's Received in one turn without additional Gold-earning cards.
