Frosted Tips is a type of Artifact in the Rogue Legends DLC for Bloons TD 6. It increases the range and pierce of Dart Monkeys, and they will also apply a Permafrost effect, which reduces the speed of Bloons they damage by 50%. The Permafrost affects all layers and has infinite lifespan, but does not affect MOAB-Class Bloons.
Higher rarity versions of the Artifact increase the range and pierce bonus, while the Permafrost effect stays the same. It also adds a 1-1-0 / 2-1-0 / 2-0-0 Dart Monkey to the party. Fusty the Snowman starts with the Legendary version of this Artifact.
