Intelligence Agent is a type of Artifact in the Rogue Legends DLC for Bloons TD 6. It makes Heroes grant the Monkey Intelligence Bureau buff (can pop any Bloon type) to other Monkeys in their range, but in exchange, it increases the attack cooldown of those Towers. The Common rarity increases the attack cooldown by +50%, Rare increases +40% and Legendary +25%, reducing the attack speed −33%, −29% and −20%, respectively.
This Artifact does not grant Camo detection to affected Monkeys, as in a Monkey Village, this is granted by the previous upgrade, Radar Scanner, which sometimes causes confusion among players.
