Amelia the Amazing (or just Amelia) is a monkey character who appears in Bloons Card Storm. She is a wizard and magician who specializes in magic tricks.
Gameplay
Amelia is a playable Hero in Bloons Card Storm. Her Bloon Shield ability passively adds Shields to Bloons at the end of each turn, her Act of Power ability reduces the cost of a Power card by 4 Gold, and her Grand Disappearance ability removes a selected Monkey from the game. She was introduced at launch alongside a dedicated Adventure titled Amelia's Adventure.
General information
Appearance
Amelia has white hair styled in curved pigtails, white fur, white skin, and hot pink eyes. She largely wears indigo clothing, including a top hat accented with the ace of spades, though she also wears a large red bow tie, with matching ribbons on her indigo shoes. Her socks have mismatching patterns, her left depicting vertical stripes and her right depicting stars, but they share a color scheme of light blue against a white backdrop.
Personality and traits
Amelia is confident[2] and revels in chaos.[3] As a child, her appearance and over-the-top ideas made her stand out,[4][5] though she performed well at school, and her obsessive learning led to her practicing magic herself.[6] Wishing to share what she knew, she later put on a grand magic show for her Monkey Village.[7] She has also been known to perform more frequently at group talent nights.[8]
She has been implied to excel in card games beyond Card Storm, winning at least one Magic: The Gathering tournament hosted by the Heroes.[9]
Lore
- Amelia purchases her rabbits from Geraldo, though whenever she purchases more than three they disappear in an unintended way.[10]
- Amelia refuses to disclose where monkeys affected by her Grand Disappearance ability go.[11] It may involve transporting the affected monkey into an adjacent room.[12]
- Amelia's magic is the reason wolves and other non-monkey entities and buildings can turn into baby monkeys.[13]
