Quincy is a Hero in Bloons Card Storm. He is unlocked by default and part of the Quincy Starter deck that all players start with.

Quincy focuses strictly on offense. His abilities are all about dealing damage to Bloons.

  • Arrow Shot deals 30 damage to a selected Bloon. It can target Bloons on either side.
  • Perceptive Shot deals 10 damage to every Bloon that appears on the opponent's side, both ones played by the opponent and ones spawned by the Storm.
  • Flurry of Arrows deals 50 damage to every Bloon on the opponent's side.

Strategy

See the strategy guidelines for more information on how to write strategy sections.

Quincy is very flexible as a defensive hero. He is suitable for aggro, midrange, and control decks, but especially aggro for his cheap defense against low-delay bloons. His cheap abilities allow him to keep cycling through Bloontonium to chain abilities with ease. In terms of his exclusive cards, Storm of Arrows is the best to pick, allowing him to pick off two high-health bloons for cheap.

Not only is he good at defense, you can also use his Arrow Shot abilities to perform deadly combos with Growth Gas Bloon.

Tips

  • In aggro decks with Quincy, monkeyless decks are viable, if not better. As you spend more on Bloons, he will be able to defend for a while before your final pushes by about Round 10 at the most.
  • Flurry of Arrows is more Bloontonium-efficient overall damage against three or more bloons, equalling 150 total damage, compared to four Arrow Shots for the same Bloontonium which is 120 damage.
  • Keeping up a Perceptive Shot weakens incoming swarms of low-HP bloons. Just try to keep in mind that he would be susceptible to bloons with On Hit effects such as Golden Bloon and Growth Gas Bloon.
  • If you are going to overflow on Bloontonium, you can use one or two Arrow Shots before gaining more Bloontonium.

Update history

  •   Flurry of Arrows: Bloontonium cost increased ― 9 → 12
  •   Max Bloontonium increased ― 9 → 12
  •   No longer plays his Perceptive Shot animation, shortening the animation (undocumented)
  •   Quincy's Perceptive Shot passive now more consistently counts as "triggered" (bug fix)
