In Our Darkest Hour... is an Exotic Power card in Bloons Card Storm, introduced in version 2.0. It draws a random Ultra Rare rarity Monkey card from your deck. If no Ultra Rare Monkey cards remain in the deck, the card is consumed and the effect does not trigger.
Tips
- Drawing from this card guarantees any Ultra Rare Monkey from your remaining cards, at the cost of Gold. However, the added cost can be a problem; for instance, it won't simply allow Sun Temple on the same turn without another source of Gold.
- Certain Ultra Rare Monkeys may be vital enough in a strategy that In Our Darkest Hour would be worth a card slot. Multiple In Our Darkest Hours are usually redundant unless it's a control deck.
- The Big One is versatile choice against a lot of high-HP bloons during the mid-to-late game.
- If exactly one Ultra Rare Monkey is left in your remaining cards, playing In Our Darkest Hour guarantees that card.
- Most Ultra Rare Monkeys are quite expensive, so it is often worth mulliganning this card in the starting hand.
