The Marketplace is a Support Monkey card in Bloons Card Storm. It generates 1 Gold per Monkey the player has (including itself) at the start of each turn. Only one Marketplace can be in a deck. The card art depicts a Marketplace on the Bazaar map from Bloons TD 6.
Tips
This section was last updated for: version 4.0
- This card benefits from decks that focus on swarming the board in the early-game with cheap Monkeys, like the Barrel of Monkeys or Obyn Greenfoot's Wolves, as it reduces the risk that the card will be a dead draw if drawn early.
- Unless Gold is spent very often, Marketplace is unnecessary compared to the cheaper and less rare Banana Farm. However, some cards demand high Gold, such as maximizing Long Range Rang damage per turn.
Update history
- Description changed
Before On Turn Start: Gain Gold equal to the number of friendly Monkeys After On Turn Start: Gain 1 Gold per friendly Monkey
Global aura buffs no longer retain their auras when affected Monkey(s) in their interaction(s) is removed (bug fix)
Development
This card existed in the data of Bloons Card Storm since the Firstlook test, though it went unused until the Full Playable test. The Full Playable test replaced most of its properties with those of the unused Monkey Bank card.
