Bubble Time! is a Basic Powercard in Bloons Card Storm, introduced in version 2.0. It allows the player to pick from three cards. If the player picks a Power card, their Hero and a random Bloon on the player's Bloon track (if one exists) both gain 50 Shield. It can only be added to Amelia the Amazing decks.
Cheaper than For My Next Trick while having more card choices, but is an Uncommon. Thus, it's a decent Amelia drawing card for midrange, especially with the added shields if a power is picked.
Bubble Time is the only signature power that directly helps Amelia survive early game, with the shield being added to her helping her live longer than usual.
As a Pick 3, it’s a good card to use in OTK decks for Amelia, as she can use it to cycle her deck quickly and gain health off of drawing cards like Quick Ready.
The shield given to Bloons is random, so it is best used as more of a bonus than as the reason you are using it. It can be particularly useful when attempting to draw OTK pieces early with something like the free Bloon spawns of The Storm.
