Powerful Slowing Totem is a Basic Power card in Bloons Card Storm. It increases the delay of all Bloons on the opponent's side by 1. It can only be added to Obyn Greenfoot and Mountain Obyn decks.
- Powerful Slowing Totem is a somewhat expensive stalling option, but it has the benefit of not affecting the player's side at all, unlike Glue Storm. It's still more cost-efficient at slowing groups of targets than Slowing Bloon.
- Like Glue Storm, this card works best against swarm players, or after using Red Bloon Apopalypse, to limit the number of Bloons the opponent or the Storm can play.
