Bouncing Bullet is a Military Monkey card in Bloons Card Storm. Each time it attacks, it deals 30 damage to a random Bloon on the opponent's side up to three times. It can damage a single Bloon multiple times, but not consecutively, and it cannot target Bloons at zero or less health due to damage taken from a previous hit of the same attack. If only one target exists, this effect does not trigger. Only one of this card can be in the Collection.

• Bouncing Bullet works best if there's more than one bloon. If allowed to bounce against two or more targets, the Bouncing Bullet does up to 170 total damage.
  • If there are exactly two targets, the first and second targets take up to 110 and 60 damage, respectively.
• For its cost, Bouncing Bullet doesn't do as much burst damage as the less rare Super Monkey, and less long-term grouped damage than Blade Maelstrom, but compensates by synergizing well with cards that add extra ammo, such as Try this!, Orders Received, Striker Jones's final passive, and Berserker Brew.
• Compared to most Ultra Rares, Bouncing Bullet mostly offers leverage for the midgame, rather than kept for the lategame.
