Etienne is a Hero in Bloons TD 6, introduced in version 20.0. He can be unlocked for 
5,000 starting at level 25.
Etienne does not attack directly, instead controlling drones that seek out Bloons and shoot darts at them. The drones operate similarly to Heli Pilots on Pursuit, being able to fly over line of sight blockers, but they can only target and pursue Bloons inside Etienne's range. Etienne starts with one drone and gains more as he levels up, up to 4 at a time starting at level 19. Starting at level 8, his UAV flies around the map in a circle and grants Camo detection to all towers like a global Radar Scanner. His Drone Swarm ability summons four additional drones for a short time, and his UCAV ability temporarily converts the UAV into a combat vehicle that fires swarms of homing missiles. At level 20, the UAV becomes a UCAV permanently, and the ability instead increases the UCAV's pierce and damage and allows it to pop all Bloon types temporarily.
Mechanics
Drones
Etienne uses Drones for his attacks. Each Drone moves within Etienne's attack range, and will move to a random position if no targets are available, but will attempt to move in front of the target if deemed feasible.
Etienne deploys his 2nd drone at Level 7, his 3rd drone at Level 8, and his 4th drone at Level 19.
Drone Targeting is is arranged as such depending on Etienne's Targeting, in deployment order:
- First - all on First
- Divide And Conquer (obtained at Level 7) - Strong, First, Strong, First
- Zone Defense (obtained at Level 11) - First, Strong, Last, Close
Drone Swarm will additionally deploy 4 temporary Drones with the same battle stats as the permanent drones, with 1 on First, 2 on Strong, and 1 on Last.
The Drone's Targeting is indicated by color of the triangle-shaped light. ETN's UFOs uses the inside color for the indicator, while Book Wyrm's dragons have their eye color reveal their Targeting.
UAV
At Level 8, Etienne will deploy a UAV, which grants Camo detection to all towers on the map.
Please note that Phayze's "Radar Jam" will disable the UAV, forcing towers to rely on natural Camo detection. Etienne's UCAV has natural Camo detection to get around this issue.
