Wacky Wibbly Wavey is a type of Artifact in the Rogue Legends DLC for Bloons TD 6. It increases the attack speed of all Heli Pilots and causes their projectiles to travel in a fixed, wave-like motion. The attack cooldown is reduced by −14% for the Common version of the Artifact, −20% for the Rare and −35% for the Legendary, resulting in an attack speed boost of 16%, 25% and 54%, respectively. Additionally, this Artifact grants a 1-1-0 / 2-1-0 / 2-0-0 Heli Pilot, depending on the rarity. ETn starts with the Common variant of this Artifact.
It's a tradeoff for increased attack speed over accuracy for the Heli Pilot, while granting a Heli Pilot in the party. The wave-like motion prevents reliable popping of Bloons in straight-line directions. Compared to most other Artifacts, this is a low priority, unless the player specifically wants to take advantage of Heli Pilots.
