Much like [[Spectre (BMC)|Spectre]], Apache acts as a win condition on regular tile captures especially with the Monkey Fort duplication glitch. However, Apache has a steeper cost and its previous upgrades have low pierce, making its transition harder. Its single-target damage is better than the Spectre, however, struggling less to ZOMGs. Both Apaches and Spectres with the Monkey Fort glitch can be combined for [[Contested Territory (BMC)|Contested Territory]] as a substitute for [[Super Monkey (BMC)|Super Monkey]], particularly on Desert Terrains, carrying on their own until about the 70s.
