Return 2 Sender is a Rare Power card in Bloons Card Storm. It removes a target Bloon or Monkey and returns it to the owner's hand. It can be used on both the player's cards and the opponent's. Using this card on the opponent while they have a full hand will delete the targeted card entirely. Currently, Return 2 Sender is the only way players can add cards not normally found in a deck, which includes Undead Bloon, Undead MOAB, Baby Monkey, and Wolf. The card art depicts Adora, who was not implemented as a hero during the beta tests.
