At the start of each season, players start at tier 0, with a maximum tier of 6, also known as Paragon Ranks. Players can make progress for the next tier by winning matches, while losing will remove progress. Losing cannot demote players down from their current tier, and losses removes less progress than a win. If the player wins three games in a row, they will have a win streak that will double progress gained for the next rank. Every 3rd of the way towards the next tier, players will earn rewards, and reaching the next tier rewards more than either of the two rewards preceding it. After reaching the sixth tier, the player reaches Paragon Rank. Tier 5 players can match with other players at Paragon Rank, but tier 0 players cannot match with Paragons.

At the start of each season, all players start at tier 0. There are seven tiers in total, ranging from 0 to 6, with tier 6 being a special ranking called Paragon Rank. Tier 5 players can match against players at Paragon Rank, but tier 0 players cannot. Players progress to the next tier by winning matches, while losing will remove progress. If the player wins three games in a row, they will have a win streak that doubles their progress until the next time they lose a match. The player cannot demote from their current tier by losing.

Progress is measured using a points system. The player ranks up and resets their progress score each time they reach 150 points; any points the player has above 150 are discarded. Wins give more points than losses take away, but wins give fewer points and losses take away more points at higher tiers. The player earns rewards at 50, 100, and 150 points.

Paragon Ranks unlock after reaching tier 6, which have a limit of 100 ranks. Currently, even though ranks are capped at 100 in the Ranked menu, the player's paragon medal's rank can exceed 100. Like other tiers, the player cannot demote out of Paragon Rank after reaching it. Unlike normal ranked tiers, players will immediately rank up or down a tier after a win or loss. Like before, players gain a win streak after 3 consecutive wins, which lets the player progress two ranks every win instead of one. Besides the badge on the player's profile, there are no rewards for progressing through Paragon Ranks.

At the start of each season, all players start at tier 0. There are seven tiers in total, ranging from 0 to 6, with tier 6 being a special ranking called Paragon Rank. Paragon Rank

A profile at Paragon Rank. The number subscript on a medal indicates the player's highest rank for a given season.
