There is no downside of used on a factory either for you or the enemy, as the ammo restoration will make temporary buildings survive. “Can’t Attack” monkeys with no ammo are treated like Temporary Monkeys with no ammo. Ghost Monkey is a Basic Power card in Bloons Card Storm, introduced in version 6.0. It reloads a target Monkey and gives it the Temporary keyword. It can target a Monkey that already has full ammo, which simply gives it the Temporary keyword. Monkeys that cannot attack are counted as having 0 Ammo and are removed by this card.
Tips

- This card has the same cost as Quick Reload and the same reloading effect, except it also makes the Monkey Temporary and has a different rarity and class. Therefore, Quick Reload is generally better for reloading your own Monkeys, but this card can also act as Monkey removal by being used on the opponent.
- Note that human opponents may avoid letting the affected Monkey attack if the damage aspect is irrelevant.
- Ammo removal cards such as Whoops and Ceasefire on the opponent's Monkeys can be used to allow Ghost Monkey to act like a true Monkey removal.
- The removal effect is immediate on Monkeys that cannot attack, which is helpful against Necromancers and Prince of Darkness.
- This card has no downside if used on a friendly Temporary Monkey. In particular, using it on Shinobi Tactics Ninja or Robo Monkey can get you a lot of value.
