Too Many Cooks is a reliable artifact that thrives due to the format of Rogue Legends greatly limiting the amount of towers on the map at a time. Introduced Version 47.0

Too Many Cooks is a type of Artifact in the Rogue Legends DLC for Bloons TD 6. It increases the attack speed of Military towers but also reduces it based on the number of Military towers in the map. The Common version of the Artifact reduces the attack cooldown -25%, Rare -30% and Legendary -45%, resulting in a attack speed increase of +33%, +42% and +82% respectively.

For each additional Military tower on the map (excluding the first one), the attack cooldown of all Military towers increases by 5% (multiplicative), capped at 15 other towers (16 total). Towers that are considered Military as a result of Artifacts like Unification or Essence Of Dreadbloon also count towards this.

Stats

The following table presents the attack cooldown multiplier and the resulting attack speed increase or decrease. To obtain benefits players should not place more than 5 Military Towers with the Common version of the Artifact, 7 with the Rare and 12 with the Legendary.
