Battlefield Commission is a type of Artifact in the Rogue Legends DLC for Bloons TD 6. It removes the Heroes' ability to gain XP at the end of each round and instead they gain it by popping Bloons, the Rare version of the Artifact grants 1 XP per pop and the Legendary 2 XP. If the gain enough XP, Heroes will level-up in the middle of a round. Captain Churchill starts with the Rare variant of the Artifact and it doesn't have a Common version.
This Artifact helps Heroes during the early stages to level up faster while they still are a significant part of the player's defense and the small Bloons are plentiful, but as the campaign progresses, the artifact will have diminishing returns if the Hero is not the tower that is popping the Bloons as it will compete for them with the rest of the party which have easier access to powerful artifacts. In endless CHIMPS mode there is a point in the game where the Hero will be placed at Level 20 making the artifact irrelevant.
