At the start of each season, all players start at tier 0. There are seven tiers in total, ranging from 0 to 6, with tier 6 being a special ranking called Paragon Rank. Tier 5 players can match against players at Paragon Rank, but tier 0 players cannot. Players progress to the next tier by winning matches, while losing will remove progress. If the player wins three games in a row, they will have a win streak that doubles their progress until the next time they lose a match. The player cannot demote from their current tier by losing. | At the start of each season, all players start at tier 0.
