A simple bonus for damage and accuracy with no downsides. For Support Monkeys, middle path Beast Handlers benefit the most from the extra damage, and especially Velociraptor. Spike Factories also benefit a lot from this artifact, allowing it to tank more bloons and can inflict more single-target damage. If Essence Of Dreadbloon or category-granting artifact is present, this is a universal buff.
