Tips

This section was last updated for: version 5.1

• Berserker Brew is most often used for expensive emergency defense when added onto a friendly attacking Monkey that can be safely removed. This Alchemist itself has only reasonable damage for 1 delay.
  • Cheap expendable Monkeys such as Barrel of Monkeys are helpful for simply having a usable Monkey present to enable Berserker Brew's effects.
  • A buffed Frag Bomb Shooter can be used to clean up massive hordes of enemy Bloons, or a Missile Launcher can be used to take out lots of high health threats.
• When using Berserker Brew's On Play, the target having full ammo is preferred, as the ordinary ammo will also receive the extra damage. However, using on a Monkey that is currently on cooldown is not much of a loss.
• Like Zee Jay's Stylish Finish, the Doomed status can be used to open up an Expert Negotiator next turn, as the Monkey that is Doomed will open up a Monkey slot.
• Against Dreadbloon, it is an effective way to deal lots of damage in a single turn, provided at least one other attacking Monkey is present.
  • Common high damage monkeys like Super Monkey, Missile Launcher, Sharp Shooter, MOAB Eliminator, and Crippling Sniper receive lots of benefit and can take out entire skulls at a time on a single turn.

Update history

Version 4.4

Version 5.0

•  Added Temporary Ammo keyword

Version 5.2

•  Gold cost reduced ― 8 → 6

Version 6.0

Version 6.4

“

Berserker Brew has its damage increased from 30 to 40 to make it a bit less of a liability after you've already thrown it on the field. This one doesn't matter a ton, but hey, for you Boss players out there, this one might be nice.
