His bow never misses Hero Abilities Arrow Shot ( 3 {{{ability 1 type}}}) Does 30 damage to target Bloon Perceptive Shot ( 6 {{{ability 2 type}}}) Deals 10 damage to every enemy Bloon spawned Flurry of Arrows ( 9 {{{ability 3 type}}}) Deals 50 damage to all enemy Bloons

Quincy is a Hero in Bloons Card Storm. His Minor Ability does 30 damage to a target Bloon and can target Bloons on both sides, his Passive Ability deals 10 damage to every Bloon that appears on the opponent's side, and his Major Ability deals 50 damage to all Bloons on the opponent's side.
