Fata Morgana is a type of Artifact in the Rogue Legends DLC for Bloons TD 6. It provides several benefits to Mermonkeys, including increased range, pierce, projectile lifespan, lower ability cooldowns, and their projectiles can now bounce off map borders. Higher rarity versions increase the bonus to those stats from +25% to +35% and +50% for Common , Rare and Legendary rarities, respectively.
Strategy
This Artifact gives a great buff to Mermonkeys and has great synergy with top path which likes the increased range to have more coverage with the tentacles and the bottom path appreciates the pierce buff for its trance attack. The main trident attack can also use the increased projectile lifespan in combination with the Echosense Precision crosspath so the tridents seek their targets and actually use the pierce increase, making the Sharper Prongs crosspath less desirable.
However, the biggest synergy is with Arctic Knight and Popseidon which makes their already powerful Ice Jet ability even better by increasing the amount of Bloons that are hit by the ice balls thanks to the pierce and projectile lifespan benefit, in top of the reduced ability cooldown and thanks to the ability to bounce from map borders, the use of the ability is no longer hindered by the map. Using this Artifact with others that increase attack speed make a deadly combination that can easily tear through a large number of Bloons if the player can handle cleanup of White and Zebra Bloons and the naturally spawning Purple Bloons with another tower.
