Swiftest To Business is a type of Artifact in the Rogue Legends DLC for Bloons TD 6. It increases the projectile speed, and attack speed, and reduces the placement cooldown and Activated Ability cooldowns of Ninja Monkeys upgraded to tier 3 or higher (placement cooldown bonus benefits any tier); these bonuses increase with the rarity of the Artifact. It also adds a 1-0-1 / 2-0-1 / 2-0-0 Ninja Monkey to the Party depending on Artifact rarity as well.

Strategy
This Artifact provides an useful raw stat increase to Ninja Monkeys which has applications at any point of the campaign. During the early game as it can boost Double Shot if its weakness to Lead Bloons can be covered by the rest of the party. On the other hand Flash Bomb is a great early game as it is one of the cheapest towers can hit any type of Bloons, including their Camo variants and the attack speed buff makes it more reliable thanks to the extra bombs it can throw.
Towards the middle game Sticky Bomb is more effective against large groups of MOAB-Class Bloons and at the endgame it helps to keep higher uptime on Bloon Sabotage and specially Grand Saboteur Abilities. With the Legendary version, players can use the reduced placement cooldown alongside a Party composed of several Ninjas to quickly build a net of Shinobi Tactics to buff Double Shot / Bloonjitsu + Flash Bomb Ninjas (or another tower to handle Lead Bloons and DDTs) for cheap but caution is advised during the early rounds of the game. If Bloonjitsu is not used Essence Of Bloonarius is recommended to buff all the Tier 3 Ninjas. Having both Legendary of itself and Dream Teams makes Ninjas have no placement cooldown outside of the Low Stamina Curse, which opens up strategies involving buying many Ninjas at a time and saving the need to equip more Ninjas in the same party.
The projectile speed buff is not very significant as Ninjas in general already have great projectile speed so they rarely miss their targets, specially if they have the Seeking Shuriken upgrade, but it can still help if the Ninjas have significant boosts to their range.

- This Artifact's name appears to be a reference to BLOONS TOWER DEFENSE RAP CYPHER, a fan-made rap song about the Bloons TD series. One of the lyrics is "swiftest to business fist full of ammo", in a section about the Ninja Monkey.
