Essence Of Dreadbloon is a Legendary Artifact in the Rogue Legends DLC for Bloons TD 6. It causes Tier 4 or higher Primary, Military, Magic, and Support towers, alongside Level 15+ Heroes to be treated as all four categories at the same time (allowing all of them to be buffed by the same Boosts as well as category-exclusive buffs such as Primary Training), and allows towers to damage Dreadbloon even when it is immune to their original category. It does not apply this to Heroes. Additionally, affected towers deal 50% more damage to Ceramic Bloons and Fortified Bloons. It can only be obtained by defeating Dreadbloon on a Final Boss tile.
Monkeys can also be placed in zones that enforce a category restriction, such as the numbered tiles in One Two Tree or the altar in Encrypted. When used in combination with artifacts that provides a buff to a certain category but a drawback to another (e.g. Overwhelming Synergy), the game will apply both the buff and the drawback at the same time; this is intended behavior.[1] If sacrificed for a Sun Temple or to the True Sun God they will only count as their original category.
Like all Boss Artifacts, this has a cost of 18 Artifact Power, so players cannot equip it as an Starting Artifact unless they have bought all the levels of the Starting Artifact Power upgrade from the Rogue XP Shop.

Essence of Dreadbloon is the most powerful Artifact in late stages of a Rogue Legends campaign as the ability to use category specific Artifacts on all Tier 4 and above upgrades and Level 15+ Heroes creates a snowball effect when the different buffs start stacking with each other, making virtually any tower capable of handling the entire defense by their own.
Examples of powerful combination of this Artifact include Sticky Situation which allows a single Glue Gunner to double the entire DPS of the setup, Critical Success grants Crit chances to all Towers, and Artifacts like Quickening, Inspiration, Precision, Heightened Perception, Discord, Overwhelming Synergy, Squadron Together Strong, Pure Damage, Primary and Support Specialist provide the largest raw increases to stats. However, this category-synergizing effect also enables category-specific downsides to all Towers like increased upgrade costs from Overwhelming Synergy or Squadron Together Strong. For any subsequent artifacts, choose artifacts that have minimal of these downsides until the player reaches a critical mass of Artifacts that makes the downsides irrelevant.
If the player is only relying on Tier 4 or higher Towers for their campaign, it is not recommended to pick up Essence Of Bloonarius as it will reduce the attack speed of such towers; otherwise, players must consider the tradeoff of having more powerful Tier 3 or lower towers in comparison to the attack cooldown increase.
