Poplust is the Druid's path 3 tier 4 upgrade in Bloons TD Battles 2. It provides an attack speed and pierce buff to all Druids in range including itself, increasing them by +17% and 15%, respectively. This effect stacks additively and up to 5 times, for a maximum of +85% attack speed and +75% pierce.
