Even Faster Production is the Spike Factory's path 2 tier 2 upgrade in Bloons TD Battles 2. It reduces the attack cooldown of the Spike Factory's attack by 30%, increasing its attack speed by about +42.86%. In total, combined with the Faster Production upgrade, the total cooldown reduction is 44%, for a total attack speed bonus of about +78.57%. For most Spike Factories except Super Mines and Perma-Spike, attack cooldown reduces from 1.4 seconds to 0.98 seconds.
