Rocket Storm is the Dartling Gunner's path 2 tier 4 upgrade in Bloons TD Battles 2. The Dartling Gunner gains the Rocket Storm ability, which creates persistent waves of purple missiles that move erratically and deal high damage but low pierce. Missiles are shot every 0.5 seconds in waves of 10 missiles each at a 75° spread, deal 5 damage to up to 7 Bloons, and the ability lasts up to 8 seconds, with a cooldown of 40 seconds.
Focused Firing reduces the spread by 30%, lowering it to 52.5°. With Laser Shock, the shock only is applied by the main missile, and does not do extra shocked damage.
Powerful Darts increases pierce of both missiles and explosions by +3; the Hydra missile essentially gains two extra explosions plus an extra 3 pierce per explosion, blast radius increased from 7 to 10 for all main missiles, and the ability missiles gain +3 pierce.

Dartling has always had a decent presence in the meta, however it’s also always had some subpar upgrades, such as Laser Cannon and Ray of Doom. [...] xx2 provides regular x3x rockets with +3 pierce so it makes sense for this to also be the case for the ability rockets, especially since this crosspath option is not as appealing as the top path.
