**Bloons Adventure Time TD is just as much a part of Bloons as Bloons Monkey City, so the game gets the same degree of coverage, even for the stuff from Adventure Time. Only Adventure Time subjects that are relevant to BATTD receive coverage (sorry Lich), and only for their roles within the game. For example, it's fine to mention that Ice King is obsessed with princesses because that aspect of his character is also present in BATTD, but the fact that he used to be a human should be ignored because that is never acknowledged within the game.
*Content originating from another property that appears in official collaborations with Bloons media (e.g. Adventure Time or Masters of the Universe) also receives coverage, but only as far as their roles within the Bloons media they appear in. For example, it's fine to mention that Ice King is obsessed with princesses because that aspect of his character is also present in Bloons Adventure Time TD, but the fact that he used to be a human is not covered because that is never acknowledged within the game.
*All companies involved in the creation of Bloons media receive coverage. Their articles should mainly describe their involvement with Bloons and only list the Bloons media they were involved in. Modern Times Group is not currently covered because they appear to have very little involvement with Bloons besides owning Ninja Kiwi.
*All companies involved in the creation of Bloons media receive coverage. Their articles should mainly describe their involvement with Bloons and only list the Bloons media they were involved in. Companies related to Ninja Kiwi that otherwise have little direct involvement in their game production may be described on Ninja Kiwi's article (e.g. Modern Times Group and NZ on Air), but they do not warrant their own pages.
*Non-Bloons media that contains significant Bloons content or interacts with official Bloons media in some way gets coverage, but only for the content relevant to Bloons. For example, Ninja Kiwi Archive has an article, but it only covers the Bloons games it contains, and Wheel of Fate gets an article, but it only covers the Bloons-related prizes.
*Non-Bloons media that contains significant Bloons content or interacts with official Bloons media in some way gets coverage, but only for the content relevant to Bloons. For example, Ninja Kiwi Archive warrants an article, but only covering the Bloons games it features, and Wheel of Fate warrants an article for giving prizes in Bloons games.
*References to Bloons from non-Bloons media are covered on List of references to the Bloons franchise. The media these references come from is only briefly described for context, if at all, and is otherwise not covered by this wiki.

This article details Blooncyclopedia's coverage policy. Bloons is not a particularly vast franchise, but it's important to have boundaries so you don't end up covering a ridiculous amount of irrelevant cruft.

Things that we cover

 • All official Bloons media, including games, animations, soundtracks, and merchandise, receive full coverage. This includes unofficial content that was later made official (e.g. Avatars based on fan art).
 • Content originating from another property that appears in official collaborations with Bloons media (e.g.
 • All companies involved in the creation of Bloons media receive coverage.
 • Non-Bloons media that contains significant Bloons content or interacts with official Bloons media in some way gets coverage, but only for the content relevant to Bloons. For example, Ninja Kiwi Archive warrants an article, but only covering the Bloons games it features, and Wheel of Fate warrants an article for giving prizes in Bloons games.
 • References to Bloons from non-Bloons media are covered on List of references to the Bloons franchise. The media these references come from is only briefly described for context, if at all, and is otherwise not covered by this wiki.

Things that we don't cover

 • Game platforms (iOS, Windows, etc)
 • Game storefronts (Google Play Store, Steam, etc)
 • Web game portals (Newgrounds, Armor Games, etc)
 • Other Ninja Kiwi properties
 • Unlicensed media (e.g. bootlegs and fan games)
