Cats Meow is a type of Artifact in the Rogue Legends DLC of Bloons TD 6. It sets the player's maximum lives to 9, but causes any Bloons that leak to only remove 1 life or shield (e.g. Corvus's Soul Barrier, level 19+ Dan D'Monke's Mana Shield), regardless of its leak damage. It regenerates more lives at the end of each round: 3 for the Rare version, or 9 for the Legendary version. It also grants a Bomb Shooter: 0-0-3 for the Rare version, or 0-0-4 for the Legendary version.
On Final Boss tiles, it does not prevent a game over if the main Boss Bloon escapes, but it does prevent lives lost from boss spawns, such as Lych-souls. It effectively does nothing if the No Lives Curse is active.

- Towards the extreme late stages of Rogue Legends, the value of Cats Meow becomes much more, as this artifact remains among the only ways to leak whole BADs safely.
- Dan D'Monke is recommended to tank more BADs per round than normal. Give his level 19+ base form some pops and he will build Mana Shield that can tank far more BADs than normal. This strategy's only weakness is that it will do nothing directly against Bosses, but can help survive against non-Boss swarms.
