There is an unused script in the game files named "AllDecks" that contains the following pre-made decks. In the Firstlook test, this script contained the five premade decks that all players and AI opponents used, but in the Full Playable test, it was replaced with these, and it remains unchanged in the final game.

Some of them include unused cards.
Quincy Starter and Gwen Starter are the same as the ones in the Firstlook test, which are slightly different from the final game, while the other decks are unique. Fullsend's Hero used the numeric ID 6, which is assigned to [[Zee Jay (BCS)|Zee Jay]] in the current game, but considering this deck existed in the Full Playable test, it was likely created with [[Zee Jay (BCS)#Development|Zoom-Jam]] in mind.

These cards were functional in the beta builds, but were removed in the full release. Most of their text still exists in the localization files as of version 5.2.

Description and stats were blanked in the Full Playable test (the data listed here is from the Firstlook test), presumably due to its effect being given to the Marketplace instead. Despite having finalized card art, this card used the placeholder art.

Partially implemented cards
These cards are not functional in any officially released build, but have text and numeric IDs. Note that some of these cards' descriptions use tags that are meant to be replaced with numbers from their in-game stats, but due to their stats being missing, the numbers that these tags were supposed to be replaced with is unknown.

Glue Factory
Glue Factory is an unused map that existed in the beta tests. It had the description "Increase the delay of Bloons by 1." It had its own icon, but used Monkey Meadow's map model in-game. The map's icon and ID were removed in the full release, but the code for its gameplay modifier still exists.
The beta tests contained placeholder art for most released cards and some unreleased cards. Most of it was not used in any publicly released build, though Return to Sender used it in the Firstlook test and Baby Monkey used it in the Full Playable test.
The beta tests also contained placeholder images for cards with no corresponding text or IDs. Bomb Shooter and DDT cards were added in post-launch updates, and the card art of Grand Saboteur appears to be based on the card art of the unused "BloonSaboteur" card. Concussive Shell was also introduced to the game in version 4.0, but as an ability of Striker Jones rather than a card.
