What In Tarnation is a type of Artifact in the Rogue Legends DLC for Bloons TD 6, introduced in version 49.0. It grants all Desperados a chance to stun, freeze, and glue Bloons, grants all Desperados except those upgraded to Enforcer and above a chance for them to fire an additional shot, and adds a Desperado to the party. The damage, chance, and upgrades on the added Desperado depend on the rarity.

  • One of the most useless but not detrimental Artifacts. Due its low chance of applying effects, the inability to affect MOAB-Class Bloons, and Desperado receiving less from speed buffs, this Artifact does not provide a useful or reliable way to stall Bloons.
  • This Artifact should only be obtained if the player wishes to add a Desperado to the Party and afterwards it can be sold at a Merchant without consequences.
  • Players seeking Deadeye should choose other options unless it's the Legendary version.
