Quincy is a Hero in Bloons TD 6. He is unlocked during the tutorial.

Quincy attacks by firing arrows that ricochet to nearby Bloons on contact, dealing sharp damage. More specifically, each time an arrow hits a Bloon, it will ricochet towards the closest Bloon if one is within 50 distance units. As he levels up, his arrows gain more pierce and can bounce to more Bloons, both his range and the targeting distance of his arrows increase, his arrows deal more damage to MOAB-Class Bloons, and he gains Camo detection and the ability to fire multiple arrows at a time. Starting at level 7, every third shot fires arrows that explode on the first Bloons they hit, dealing explosion damage to up to 10 Bloons in a small area (12 with More 'Splody) and continuing to ricochet afterwards. The explosions also deal increased damage to MOAB-Class Bloons at higher levels. His level 3 ability temporarily triples his attack speed for a short time, and his level 10 ability fires a storm of arrows from above that damages Bloons within an area over a short time and can target Bloons from anywhere on the map. His main weakness is that he cannot damage DDTs at all without support.

Abilities

Rapid Shot

Rapid Shot is unlocked at level 3. It triples Quincy's attack speed for 8 seconds, with a 60-second cooldown. At level 13, the duration is increased to 12 seconds. Starting at level 15, it quadruples Quincy's attack speed instead of tripling and its cooldown is reduced to 45 seconds.

Storm of Arrows

Storm of Arrows is unlocked at level 10. When activated, Quincy targets a Bloon from anywhere on the map according to his targeting priority (so he will target the first Bloon if set to First, strongest Bloon if set to Strong, etc) and fires a shower of arrows centered on the target, which has a radius of 100 distance units and lasts for 3 seconds. Despite appearing to rain multiple arrows, the storm is actually one giant projectile that has a 5% chance to hit each Bloon inside it each frame, and can re-hit Bloons it has already hit after 0.05 seconds. It deals 6 sharp damage per hit, plus 6 to MOAB-Class Bloons. At level 18, the chance of hitting each Bloon increases to 7.5% and it deals +18 damage to Ceramic Bloons (24 in total), though it doesn't do extra to Dreadbloon's Ceramic Armor Shell. At level 20, its base damage is increased to 10, its bonus MOAB damage is increased to 10, its bonus Ceramic damage is increased to 24, and its hit chance is increased to 10%. It has a 70-second cooldown, which is lowered to 55 seconds at level 18.

• Use Rapid Shot for burst DPS against MOAB-Class Bloons and Storm of Arrows for general Bloon cleanup.
• Storm of Arrows selects its target according to Quincy's targeting priority, so change his targeting before activating it to control where it lands. For example, set him to Strong if you want the storm to target MOAB-Class Bloons.
• Quincy synergises well with Berserker Brew due to his low base damage.
• Quincy cannot damage DDTs at all without support, so having an MIB is highly recommended in the late game.
