Bloons are a type of card in Bloons Card Storm. They are the main way of dealing damage to the opponent's Hero. Each player can have up to 8 Bloons queued at a time; if the queue is full, new Bloons cannot be added to it, even by non-player actions such as the Storm. They come in three types: Basic, Advanced, and Large.

Bloon cards have the following attributes that are unique to them:

  • Health — The amount of damage the Bloon can take before it is popped. When its turn counter is exhausted, its remaining health is the amount of damage it deals to the opponent's Hero.
  • Charges — Some Bloon cards can be played more than once before being consumed, indicated by the number of coins under the Gold cost. If a Bloon card is discounted while in the player's hand (such as by using For My Next Trick), all charges are discounted. Charges range from 1 to 4, though cards with more than three charges are indicated with only three coins and a "+" icon.
  • Delay — The number of turns it takes for the Bloon to attack the opponent. The delay decreases by 1 at the end of each turn on its side, and it attacks once it reaches zero (but after taking On Fire damage if it has the effect).
