Faster Swivel is the Dartling Gunner's path 3 tier 1 upgrade in Bloons TD Battles 2. It allows the Dartling Gunner to rotate over twice as fast, from 180°/second to 360°/second.

Strategy

It's only a filler upgrade to lock into Powerful Darts. The extra swivel speed isn't going to help Dartling much, as switching between regions of the map for an extra cost is suboptimal without considering Powerful Darts.
