Blade Maelstrom is the Tack Shooter's path 2 tier 4 upgrade in Bloons TD Battles 2. It grants a Blade Maelstrom ability, which causes the Tack Shooter to fire twin blades in opposite directions, its shots spinning clockwise, with each blade dealing 1 damage and 200 pierce but cannot ignore obstacles. Blade Maelstrom and other tier 4 and above Tack Shooters also have slightly elevated lines of sight compared to tier 3 and below Tack Shooters.
Only the More Tacks crosspath modifies the ability, which causes the ability's shots to rotate anti-clockwise.
