Banana Central is the Banana Farm's path 1 tier 5 upgrade in Bloons TD Battles 2. It generates 5 crates that are now worth $2800 ($3500 with Valuable Bananas crosspath). Additionally, Banana Central grants at +20% income buff to all Banana Research Facilities (4-0-x: $600 → $720, 4-2-0: $750 → $900) and normal Benjamin.
Banana Central makes a total of $14,000 ($17,500 with 5-2-0) per round if all of its crates are produced and collected.

Banana Central gives the highest possible cash generation per round out of any Banana Farm but is the most expensive. Its high cash per crate makes it the T5 Farm of choice when buying mid-round and playing around the round-based income mechanics. After getting Banana Central, use the extra cash to buy more Banana Research Facilities to take advantage of the bonus cash buff. The bonus buff to Benjamin improves him in Ben-Farm loadouts, though it's often better to prioritize the other T5 Farm paths first to snowball quicker via his buff to them.
Usually, the go-to route is to buy a Banana Research Facility into multiple Central Markets that will be sold off to buy mid-round into Banana Central. Or, if going the Monkey Wall Street or Monkey-Nomics route into Banana Central, save up the significant cash boosts to fund towards the Banana Central and there's less need to sell any other Farm to buy into the Banana Central, due to the quick cash generation of those T5 Farms.
Crosspathing for Banana Central depends on the circumstances. The massive cash gain of Banana Central usually makes 5-2-0 better, but for simply accessing this big income boost then 5-0-1 is sometimes better.
