Shinobi Tactics is the Ninja Monkey's path 2 tier 3 upgrade in Bloons TD Battles 2. It buffs the attack speed and pierce of all Ninja Monkeys (including itself) within its range, which can stack with other Shinobis' buffs up to 10 times on a single Ninja Monkey. More specifically, it reduces attack cooldown by 15% multiplicatively and pierce by 15% additively, for a maximum of ~5.08× attack speed and 2.5× pierce when fully stacked.
