Mechanics
Super Brittle makes bloons it hits take 4 extra damage when hit by its aura (not shards), lasting 2s. This upgrade reduces the tower's attack cooldown by 10% for more uptime.
Strategy
Super Brittle is the focal support of many loadouts, giving the damage for fast attacking towers like overdrives and sun avatars to demolish later, ramped BADs. However, its 40 pierce cap weakens its expected performance against tight BFBs, ZOMGs and very expensive grouped BAD rushes. Still, the buff is presumably worth it if the player has only low damage towers and any serious late game rush to deal with. 5-0-2 is the better crosspath because range and frozen bloon attacking is worth more than 7% extra uptime without tower boost. Place it where it has large track coverage; threading a spot further from the track only uses pierce on higher tier MOAB class bloons.
