Pat Fusty is a Hero in Bloons TD 6, introduced in version 9.0. He can be purchased for  3,000 starting at level 15.

Pat Fusty slams his hands at Bloons, dealing high damage and producing an area-of-effect around the target. He can be placed both on land and in water. At higher levels, he slaps Bloons backwards, and can stun Bloons (including MOAB-Class Bloons starting from Level 13) with his slam attack.

He has two abilities: Rallying Roar, Big Squeeze.

In Rogue Legends, the starting party of Pat Fusty includes a 0-2-0 Tack Shooter, 2-0-0 Spike Factory, and the Heightened Perception Common.

Mechanics

Slam

Pat Fusty's main attack is a "slam" attack. Starting from level 6, his slams stuns Bloons for 0.2 seconds.

At level 13, his stun duration is increased to 0.5 seconds, and he also stuns MOAB-Class Bloons for 0.2 seconds.

Slap

At Level 5, every 5th shot is replaced with the "slap" attack. The slap attack has 8 pierce and pushes back Bloons and MOABs at triple speed for 1 second.

At level 15, the pierce of the slap attack is doubled from 8 to 16.

Abilities

Rallying Roar

Rallying Roar is unlocked at Level 3. When activated, all nearby towers gain +1 damage. The ability lasts for 8 seconds and has a cooldown of 45 seconds.

At level 14, the radius of the ability is increased and towers gain +3 damage instead of +1. Ability duration is increased to 10 seconds.

Big Squeeze

Big Squeeze is unlocked at level 10. Pat Fusty grabs the strongest MOAB-class bloon other than BADs and Bosses within his range, and squeezes it for 4 seconds. While squeezing, he cannot attack for 5 seconds, but can still activate his Rallying Roar. Once finished squeezing, the outer layer is ripped open, releasing its children and stunning them for 3 seconds. At level 20, he can grab up to 4 MOAB-class Bloons in his range. It has a cooldown of 20 seconds.

Strategy

Pat Fusty is mostly used for his level 3 ability, Rallying Roar, as well as his ability to stun and push back MOAB-Class Bloons. His level 10 ability might sound good on paper, but the player is generally better off not using the ability, since Pat stops attacking while he's hugging the Blimp. It can still be beneficial to use on rounds with only one or two MOAB-Class Bloons, such as round 97.

Since Pat's Rallying Roar ability adds +3 damage to all projectiles after level 14, he synergizes well with towers that have low base damage, and instead have a lot of projectiles and/or attack really fast. PatZone has become one of the games most iconic duos, which consists of Pat Fusty and The Tack Zone. Rallying Roar also synergizes well with Super Maelstrom, by using both abilities at the same time.

Another strong way to use Pat, is by utilizing his strong stunning capability, which can be further increased by buffing him with a Berserker Brew and Overclock. This can either be utilized in a stalling strategy to stall for Perma-Spike, or can be combined with a tower that does extra damage against stunned Bloons, most notably T-Rex.

Pat is best used on single-lane tracks, due to his short range.
