Shinobi Tactics is the Ninja Monkey's path 2 tier 3 upgrade in Bloons TD Battles 2. It buffs the attack speed and pierce of all Ninja Monkeys (including itself) within its range, which can stack with other Shinobis' buffs up to 15 times on a single Ninja Monkey. More specifically, it reduces attack cooldown by 10% multiplicatively and pierce by 10% additively, for a maximum of ~2.87× attack speed and 2× pierce when fully stacked.

Shinobis are an important support for Ninjas to boost their attack speed and pierce, particularly due to the generally low pierce of Ninjas. During late-game, max Shinobi stacks are important for Master Bomber Grandmaster Ninja, and Bloonjitsus to reach maximum DPS, and for Master Bomber to increase stun reliability and grouped control. Max stacks is much easier in Battles 2, limiting its restriction on less optimal Ninja maps, hence the full 10 stacks can be acquired comfortably. Several nearby Shinobis can be used to support an Alch-buffed Bloonjitsu for consistency against MOABs and grouped rushes.
For crosspaths, 1-3-0 is preferrable if going for coverage, 0-3-0 is enough if just wanting the buff, while 0-3-2 can work well with external buffs to damage and attack speed like Permanent Brew.
