It's a tale of two halves for the Ice Tower. We very rarely see the first path upgraded to max and this is likely down to the fact that it's not really worth the cost. Allowing Viral Frost to pop white/zebra bloons should help with that. On the flip side, Absolute Zero is currently too easy to sell and rebuy to infinitely slow down bloons, which can render a costly rush useless. We've bumped up the price to help counter that. — Update notes
