Bloon Sabotage is the Ninja Monkey's path 2 tier 4 upgrade in Bloons TD Battles 2. It grants Ninja Monkey the Sabotage ability, which when activated slows down all Bloons on screen, as well as any new Bloons which spawn, for 10 seconds. This effect slows Bloons to 50% speed, including the children of MOAB-Class Bloons. It does not affect BADs. The ability has a cooldown of 60 seconds. Selling it while its ability is active will retain its effects on already affected Bloons but not continue the effect to incoming Bloons.

Bloon Sabotage ability is a powerful method of slowdown in Ninja strategies to give more time for other defenses to handle all-out 20's rushes and DDTs. Since selling retains the effects on already affected Bloons, it can be bought and sold for more uses, however because of its limited duration it cannot be dependable without considerable investment.
The value of Bloon Sabotage depends on the loadout. In Ninja-Ice loadouts, Ice-centric strategies are generally preferred for slowdown supports. Bloon Sabotage is seen more often in Ninja-Dartling loadouts on short maps like Inflection.
