Banana Plantation is the Banana Farm's path 1 tier 3 upgrade in Bloons TD 6. Banana farm now generates 8 more additional bananas (16 total) for a total of $320 per round. With the Valuable Bananas crosspath, it generates $400 ($416 with 
More Valuable Bananas) per round.

Strategy
[edit | edit source]The Banana Plantation is usually a poor choice compared to the other tier 3 farms, Monkey Bank and Marketplace. This is because the Monkey Bank provides significantly more cash on average, and the Marketplace provides the same amount of cash while costing less, selling for more, and automatically collecting bananas. It is virtually never a good idea to buy multiple Banana Plantations rather than Marketplaces or Banks instead.
However, its subsequent upgrade Banana Research Facility is very strong, and the main reason to purchase Banana Plantation is as a stepping stone to the Facility. It is generally best to only have one Banana Plantation on the map at a time, and place Marketplaces instead of more Banana Plantations. The Marketplaces may be sold to purchase the Facility faster, when enough cash is obtained.
For crosspaths, 3-2-0 is preferred, which increases its income and is more cost-efficient. There's no reason for 3-0-2, because 2-0-3 is cheaper and makes more income.
